The present application has been filed u/s 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 6 days in filing the connected MAC Appeal which has been filed against the impugned judgment & order dated 10.02.2025 passed by the learned Member, MACT No. 2, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in MAC Case No. 2769/2019. 3. Respondent No. 1 has already entered appearance by filing Vakalatnama. Notice on respondent no. 2 is shown as delivered on 31.07.2025 and notice on respondent no. 3 is delivered on 22.08.2025. 4. This present application has been filed by the applicant with the reasons for delay given in paragraph nos. 3, 4 & 5. 5. This Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown and therefore the delay of 06 days is condoned. 6. The application is allowed. 7.
