[2] This application has been filed by the petitioner namely, Sri Rupnath Mili under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Barbaruah P.S. Case No. 97/2025 under Section 109/ 118(2)/ 26(2)/ Page No.# 2/2 324(2)/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023. [3] It is submitted that charge sheet in the case has already been submitted vide C.S. No. 111/2025, 30.12.2025. [4] The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner shall approach before the learned trial Court seeking regular bail. [5] Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court seeking regular bail within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today. [6] In the event of filing any such bail application, the same shall be considered as per law. [7] The interim order dated 02.12.2025 shall remain in force for a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today or till appearance whichever is earlier.
