1. Heard Mr. Tarendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Vidya B.Soni, learned counsel, appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
“1. That the entire records pertaining to the present case may kindly be called for the perusal of this Hon'ble Court.
2. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to examine the correctness, legality and propriety of the
order dated 27.06.2018.
3. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 27.06.2018 passed by the Learned 3rd Additional Session/Judge, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) in the criminal revision no. 170/2017.
4. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and case has also been
disposed of on 11.10.2023.
