After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition and undertakes to forthwith join his place of posting. In case, the undertaking is breached by the petitioner, the respondents shall immediately take out appropriate disciplinary proceedings for failure to comply with departmental orders and for disobedience of undertaking given before this Court.
