Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier A.B.A. No.3492 of 2024 was moved which was dismissed as withdrawn. He submits that there are changed circumstance and in view of that anticipatory bail application has been filed. 3. In course of the argument, it has not been disclosed as to what are the changed circumstances and straight way this application has bene filed before the High Court without moving before the learned Sessions Judge. 4.
