Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition had been preferred essentially against the interim order dated 23.08.2025 (Annexure P-12) passed by respondent No.3-the Secretary (Corporation) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Yes - 2 - by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies dated 22.04.2025. The order dated 22.04.2025 is otherwise one of the subject matters raised in CWP No. 7595 of 2025 (Pawan Chauhan Vs. State of H.P. and Ors) pending adjudication in this Court, wherein, till date, operation of the said order has not been stayed, rather an application moved for staying the operation of order dated 22.04.2025 had been withdrawn as not pressed in CWP No.7595 of 2025. 2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ petition, impugned order dated 23.08.2025 (Annexure P-12) has been vacated by respondent No.3 vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed in an application moved by respondent No.2-the Registrar H.P. State Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh. A copy of the said order has been placed on record by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of order dated 01.09.2025, passed by respondent No.3 after filing of this writ petition, grievances of the petitioner raised in the instant petition, as far as prayer No.1 is concerned, stand redressed, therefore, he be - 3 - permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law regarding the remaining grievances raised in this writ petition, at an appropriate stage, in case necessity so arises in future. 4. In view of above submissions, granting such permission, this writ petition to stand disposed of as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
