The present petition has been filed under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the Act”) seeking stay of the enforcement of the interim arbitral award dated 15.07.2024 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. 2. The petitioner had earlier challenged the said interim award dated 15.07.2024 before this Court in AP (Com) 856/2024. By a separate judgment dated 09.01.2026, this Court dismissed the said petition. 3. In view of the aforesaid dismissal, the present petition seeking stay of enforcement of the interim award dated 15.07.2024 no longer survives and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
