JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 29.10.2025 This is an application filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court in Page No.# 2/2 WP(C) No.6036/2023. 2. It is seen from a perusal of the said order passed by the learned Coordinate Bench that there was a direction upon the Department for reconsideration and release of the entitlement of the petitioner by taking into account the stand of the Department as reflected in paragraph No.10 of the affidavit-in-opposition. 3. Mrs. N. Saikia, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the instant contempt proceedings, the entire dues except Rs.26,000/- has been duly paid to the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore submitted that as the amount has already been paid barring Rs.26,000/-, the order dated 06.09.2024 has been duly complied with. 5.
