GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.18044 OF 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the order of Respondent No.6 in transferring the petitioner from District Police Office, Tirupati to District Police Office, Chittoor. 2. The petitioner is working as Junior Assistant in District Police Office, Tirupati and the grievance for the transfer is that he is physically disabled due to an accident. The disability was assessed at 51% and therefore, he seeks for reconsideration of the order of transfer. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would contend that the petitioner had given representation to the respondent No.2 on 11.06.2025 and the same may be directed to be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction:- i) Respondent No.2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025 for continuance at District Police Office, Tirupati at the earliest. ii) Till such time, the impugned order of transfer shall remain suspended. 4 5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
