To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to place the application dated:31.08.2020 before second respondent Committee for registration under the provision of K.P.M.E. Act vide Annexure-E. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1022 WP No. 14705 of 2020 b. To issue a direction to the respondents not to interfere in practice of Diploma in Community in Medical Services with Essential Drugs by the petitioner as per the Registration Certificate issued by the concerned authorities. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing prayer (b). The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner about non pressing of prayer (b) is placed on record. As far as prayer (a) is concerned, counsel for the petitioner submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing the third respondent to place the application dated:31.08.2020 before second respondent Committee for registration under the provision of K.P.M.E. Act. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. The petitioner's grievance is that he has submitted an application in the year 2020 and the same is not considered - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1022 WP No. 14705 of 2020 as of today. Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing the third respondent to place the application dated:31.08.2020 before second respondent Committee for registration under the provision of K.P.M.E. Act vide Annexure-E in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
