This application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 filed by the petitioner, namely Bahar Uddin, apprehending arrest Page No.# 2/2 in connection with Uluani P.S. Case No. 59/2025 registered under Sections 178/ 179/ 180/ 181/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that on 29.10.2025 at about 11.40 p.m. on getting secret information, the informant alongwith other police staff went to the house of one Majibar Rahman and on being searched recovered (1) three printers HP Machine, (2) two cartoons of fake Indian currency notes of Rs. 500/- and each cartoons contains 120 bundles equal to 240 bundles, (3) one bundle printed Indian currency notes of Rs. 500/-, (4) one bundle of while printed papers and (5) one APPO mobile handset were seized, 4. The main accused of this case has been arrested. 5. Case diary is received and perused. 6. On perusal of the case diary, the learned Addl. P.P. has submitted that there are sufficient incriminating materials available against the petitioner. 7. Having regard to the above, the prayer for pre arrest bail stands rejected. 8.
