Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 232(A) of 2022 arising out of Saiko P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 580 of 2020 (D) for the offences registered under sections 364/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti. 3. On 17.08.2020, the petitioner along with the co-accused persons abducted the brother of the Informant Niyaran Purty and thereafter, he was found murdered. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage.
