ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering the Crime on the petitioners complaint dated 16.06.2025 against the 4th respondent as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala,
learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Police are not registering the crime on the complaint dated 16.06.2025 given by the Petitioners against Respondent No.4.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Petitioners have submitted a complaint before Spandana. The concerned Police have received the same and after examination, the Police having found that the matter is of civil nature, closed the said compliant.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioners to work out their remedies before the Court of Law.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
