Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents - State. 3. On careful examination of the endorsement dated 03.12.2024 at Annexure-J, wherein the respondent No.1 has stated that, the proceedings before the Civil Court is pending consideration in respect of the subject land, however, the said observation made by the respondent No.1 appears to have predicted and such suit for pendency of a particular proceedings is not mentioned in the impugned endorsement and such kind of endorsement issued by the respondent No.1 is deprecated without mentioning the particulars of suit or any other proceedings in respect of the subject land. 4. Accordingly, the endorsement dated 03.12.2024 at Annexure-J is set-aside and the matter is remitted back to respondent No.1 to reconsider the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 at Annexure-G in accordance with - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20136 WP No. 14330 of 2025 law by applying his mind in a manner known to law and without dreaming anything and reflecting the same in the endorsement. With this observation, writ petition is disposed of. The said exercise shall be conducted by the respondent No.1 within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
