Mr. K Gogoi, the learned CGC appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) has been issued in favour of a bidder namely, M/s. Larsen & Toubro Limited Faridabad on 06.11.2025.
2. Mr. KN Choudhury, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. A Mittal, the
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits upon instruction that the petitioner would be well advised to withdraw the instant writ petition and not only agitate the cause of action of the present writ petition by way of a separate writ petition, but also challenge the impugned Letter of Acceptance.
3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition, therefore, stands closed on withdrawal with liberty granted to the petitioner to again assail the impugned actions which were the subject matter of the instant writ petition as well as the Letter of Acceptance.
4. A copy of the LOA is also provided to the learned counsel assisting Mr. KN Choudhury, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner during the course of the hearing.
