Admittedly, this court vide order dated 24.10.2018 disposed of the writ petition directed the Revenue Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner has utterly failed to show any wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 24.10.2018.
