The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Hirodih P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 191 (2), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 109, 74, 303(2) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the family members. He submits that the allegations are made upon Sahdeo Yadav of making assault, who is husband of this petitioner and he has already been granted regular bail by the learned court. He further submits that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of making assault. 5. Considering that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent and the husband of the petitioner has assaulted the informant and he has already been granted regular bail by the learned court, I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory [2025:JHHC:26630] -2- bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih, in connection with Hirodih P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Amitesh/-
