Heard Mr. L. Mohan, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Addl. P.P., representing the opposite party. This instant application has been filed by the applicant for extension of the
Page No.# 2/2 period of appearance in pursuant to the order dated 14.10.2025, passed in AB No. 2435/2025, which has been disposed of. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that due to his suffering from a slip disc, he could not appear before the Investigating Officer within 15 days of passing of the order dated 14.10.2025. The learned counsel submits that the instant application is filed within the stipulated period of 15 days i.e. on 29.10.2025, and that the applicant was unable to appear due to a genuine unavoidable medical problem. Therefore, he prays that the time for appearance before the Investigating Officer be duly extended in view of the aforesaid circumstances. The learned Addl. P.P. does not have any objection for such prayer. Accordingly, the instant Interlocutory Bail Application is disposed of by allowing the applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer within 10(Ten) days from passing of this order with other conditions remaining same as in the aforesaid order dated 14.10.2025.
