Mishra, learned counsel for the University, states that the respondent No. 2 is no longer serving as the Registrar of the University and a new Registrar has been appointed in November, 2024. 5. It therefore appears that the relief sought in the writ petition no longer survives. 6. The writ petition is therefore disposed of.
