The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief (s) : “(i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ petition and consequently, issue an appropriate writ/order/direction thereby quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 17/05/2022 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction thereby staying the operation and effect of the impugned order dated 17/05/2022, till the pendency of this writ petition. (iii) That any other order/relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper and just in the facts and circumstances of the present case may also kindly be awarded to the petitioner in the ends of justice & equity. (iv) That the cost of the petition may kindly also be awarded to the petitioner.” 2. As informed by Mr. Mayank Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 5 that the case is fixed for final arguments before the learned Madhya Pradesh State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Bhopal on 14.08.2025 in Complaint Case No.22 of 2015. He would further contend that the prayer made by the petitioners for transfer of case from Bhopal to Raipur has already been turned down by the learned National Commission vide order dated 17.05.2022. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 4. Considering the facts narrated by Mr. Mayank Kumar, no case is made out for interference.
