Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is left with less than two years for retirements. He has made a representation for being posted at GMS Tanyur under complex GSSS Dhanather against a vacant post, in terms of Clause 5.5 of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles- 2013. He submits that the representation though was submitted on 01.07.2025, but till date no decision has been taken. In this background, a prayer is made to direct the 2nd 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. ( 2025:HHC:29216 ) 2 respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-1 in a time bound manner. 3. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed.
