This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for bail Page No.# 2/3 to the petitioner, namely, Abdul Karim, in connection with Dispur PS Case No. 891/2025 under Section 74/76/79/196(1)(a)/356(2)/318(4)/316(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. On 03.11.2025 complainant namely Sunaina Jojo, D/o- Amrit Jojo, R/o- 2No Naopara, PO-Chaprakata, PS- Bongaingaon, Dist.-Bongaigaon who has been currently doing four years Physiotherapy Course at Asian Institute of Paramedical Science, Kahilipara since January, 2025 lodged an FIR at Bhagaduttapur Outpost stating that on 01.11.2025 during her Biochemistry practical class, their practical teacher namely, Abdul Karim forcefully pressed on her breast by taking off her shirt and touched on her thigh and other private parts including vagina and gifted her a sexually objectional article i.e. a ladies inner (Bra) and he shared all question papers of their upcoming exam with the complainant/victim girl through WhatsApp to stop her from reporting. Also she stated that not only that day the alleged accused person has been sexually harassing her by touching her breast, thigh and private parts during her practical class since long and threatened her not to tell others. The accused Abdul Karim has also harassed other two batch mates namely, Kristina Naido (20 Y) and Rumi Bauri by touching on their breast, thigh and other private parts and also threatened them. Later when the MD and Principal came to know about the incident they along with the alleged accused verbally abused the tea tribes students of that institute pointing negative comments to their community. Hence the present case. 4. On perusal of the Case Diary, I find sufficient incriminating material against the accused/petitioner. Page No.# 3/3 5.
