The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.3 in Crime No.219 of 2025 on the file of II Town Police Station, Vijayawada, NTR Commissionerate District, for the alleged offences under Sections 143(2) and 144(2) of the BNS, and Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a), and 7(1)(a) of the PIT Act. It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated solely based on the confession of Accused No.1. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is an organizer of the alleged illegal activity, and that the crime was registered on 24.05.2025. 4. Considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to interfere. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
