JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 08-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and sections ¾ of the Loud Speaker Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 25/30 unknown accused persons committed marpit with police party as a result of which some of the police men sustained injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner while denying the allegations, submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case on the disclosure made by the Chaukidar. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16085 of 2025(2) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he and other accused persons were involved in marpit with the police party as a result of which some of the police men sustained injuries. 6. Since, petitioner is alleged to have involved in attack on a police party, considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. shashi/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
