GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.3 and 4 in restraining the petitioner to enter into the agricultural land in Sy.No.87, measuring an extent of Ac. 12.59 cents, situated at Pedhapulipaka Village, Penamaluru Mandal, Krishna district as Highhanded, illegal, arbitrary and violation of article 14, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 and 4 to not to prevent the petitioner right 2 of ingress and aggress into the agricultural land in Sy.No.87, measuring an extent of Ac. 12.59 cents situated at Pedhapulipaka village Penamaluru mandal, Krishna district.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. As seen from the record, there is a dispute regarding title over the subject property and on factual aspects the matter is pending before a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2324 of 2025. As there is no finding regarding the title over the property either by a Civil Court or by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2324 of 2025, it is apposite to dispose of this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Police to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
