GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land property admeasuring Ac.1.8000 cents in Sy.No.563-1 of Nulakanivari Gudem village, Ravikampadu and have submitted application bearing No. ELR202304103382 dated 04.10.2023 through Spandana for deletion of the said property from prohibited list and the respondent authorities have not taken an action against the said application and the said inaction on the part of respondent authorities in processing the above said application of the petitioner, he was constrained to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned authorities to consider the application 4 bearing No. ELR202304103382 dated 04.10.2023 submitted by the petitioner in Spandana for deletion of the petitioner’ land from the prohibited list, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
