Learned counsel also submits that having made all bonafide efforts, she has not been able to find out the records. 3. In such circumstances, there is no purpose of keeping the present appeal alive as neither of the parties are in a position to reconstruct the record, at this stage. 4. In view thereof, the present appeal stands disposed of. However, the appellants, if at any later stage are in a position to reconstruct the record and make it available to this Court, they shall be at liberty to seek revival of the present appeal. 5.
