JUSTICE N. UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER 19.11.2025 Heard Mr. S. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant. The present application has been instituted praying for impleading his estranged wife as party respondent No.6 in the present proceedings. This Court has perused the contentions raised in the present interlocutory Page No.# 2/2 application. This Court finds that the applicant’s pension and other pensionary benefits are not being finalized in view of the fact that the applicant’s wife has not furnished the requisite documents which are required for nominating her as the nominee. In view of the non-cooperation of the wife of the applicant herein, the finalization of the pension and pensionary benefits of the applicant is being delayed. Accordingly, the applicant has filed the present application praying for impleading his wife as respondent No.6. On considering the contentions made in the interlocutory application, this Court is of the considered view that the party respondent sought to be impleaded is a necessary and proper party for adjudication of the issue arising in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, ‘Mrs. Manju Saud, W/o- Bhairab Ch. Saud, Vill.- Barjar, P.O.- Barama, P.S.- Nalbari, Dist.-Nalbari, Assam, PIN-781346’ is impleaded as respondent No.6 in the connected writ petition.
