Nawaz, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Jakir Ali, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jogighopa P.S. Case No. 103/2025, under Section 64(1)/77/351(4) of BNS, 2023. 3. The allegation as reflected in the FIR is that the informant, who was a married woman was in a physical relationship with the accused. Subsequently, the accused circulated some obscene videos involving the informant through WhatsApp among various people. 4. The case was registered under Sections 64(1)/77/351(4) of BNS. 5. Upon completion of the investigation, the I.O has submitted the charge-sheet, wherefrom, it is apparent that the I.O could not collect any material with regard to the alleged circulation of obscene videos. 6. On perusal of the FIR itself, it appears that the physical relationship between the informant and the accused was a consensual one. Page No.# 3/3 7. Having regard to the above, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 8. The order of interim bail dated 11.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions no.(b) and (c) imposed therein. 9. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
