Mr. J. Kalita, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the tea garden in question is presently under attachment and that a receiver has been appointed by the Assam Tea Employees Provident Fund Organization. He further submitted that taking into account the said, the petitioner herein would not like to proceed with the instant writ petition. At the same time, Mr. J. Kalita, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the withdrawal of the instant writ petition should be without prejudice to the petitioner’s right to assail the Minutes of the Meeting dated 18.09.2025 before appropriate forum.
2. Ms. U. Das, the learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appears on behalf of the District Administration.
3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.
4. It is observed that the withdrawal of the instant writ petition
Page No.# 3/3 shall not prejudice or preclude the petitioner from assailing the Minutes of the Meeting dated 18.09.2025 before the appropriate forum.
