The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 The Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records for appointment of the petitioners. 10.2 That, Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide the remuneration as per the collector rate because, similarly situated contingency employee who have been engaged along with the petitioners benefited the same by the order dated 06.02.2008 issued by the respondent no. 6. 10.3 Any other relief, which Hon'ble court deems fit and proper of the case, may be allowed. 10.4 Cost of the petition may also be allowed.” 2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were appointed in the year 2007 as daily rated employee. He would contend that the similarly situated daily rated employees were appointed on the post of Peon at various Hotels / Aashrams on collector rate. He would further contend that the similar benefit has not been extended to the petitioners. He would pray for a direction to respondent No. 5 to consider the claim of the petitioners. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Dashrath Prajapati, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondents No. 1 to 6 would oppose the submission made by Mr. Sandeep Sharma. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Sandeep Sharma, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of reserving liberty in 3 favour of the petitioners to make a representation before respondent No. 5 / Collector and in turn, the authority concerned is directed to decide it expeditiously in objective manner. 6.
