GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 29.10.2025 [1] MC(Crl.Rev.P.) No. 21 of 2025: Mr. T. Rajendra, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that due to inadvertence, three documents i.e. signal from Singjamei-PS to Patsoi- PS, the covering letter from the Director, Directorate of Forensic Sciences, Manipur to the Officer-in-Charge, Singjamei-PS and the first page of the examination report, have been missed out in the chargesheet annexed in the main petition i.e. Crl.Rev.P. No. 14 of 2025. [2] It is submitted that by inserting these three documents, no new case will be made out but it will help in execution of the case in proper perspective. [3] Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in the facts of the present case. [4] Accordingly, this Court has perused the materials on record. Since due to inadvertence, these three documents have been missed out and by taking on record these three documents, the nature of case will not be changed. [5] Accordingly, three documents at Annexures – X/1, X/2 & X/3 as page Nos. 71A, 71B & 71C between page Nos. 71 & 72 are taken on record of Crl.Rev.P. No. 14 of 2025. [6] MC(Crl.Rev.P.) No. 21 of 2025 is allowed. Petitioner is directed to incorporate the new documents as page Nos. 71A, 71B & 71C in the main case. [7] List the remaining case on 05.11.2025 along with Crl.Rev.P.
