Learned counsel for the State raises an objection with regard to maintainability of writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has already invoked the jurisdiction of the Civil Court by way of filing appropriate application in the pending Civil Suit for the same cause of action as prayed in this writ petition. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised by learned counsel for 3 the State he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court by way of filing appropriate application in the pending Civil Suit. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 4. I.A. No. 02/2025, which is an application for urgent hearing and I.A.
