The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Azad Nagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 109(1), 115(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, as the name of this petitioner has come later on and in the FIR, the name of the petitioner has not been disclosed. He submits that the FIR has been lodged by the father of the injured. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that grievous injury has been received by the son of the informant on the assault made by the petitioner and others. He submits that the injured has taken the name of this petitioner. 5. In view of the above and considering that on the assault [2025:JHHC:27189] -2- made by this petitioner, the son of the informant has received the grievous injury and the said injured has taken the name of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, above named.
