Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition. 2. Permission is granted. 3. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of. Cr. Revision 1464 of 2018 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State. 6. In the present criminal revision, petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.04.2018 passed by learned Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Seraikella in G.R. Case No. 660 of 2017 (R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017), whereby and whereunder the learned court in a haste had posted the case for hearing on 25.05.2018 without following the mandatory Provision of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. 7. Learned APP for the State submits that the final order has also been passed in connection with the decision of juvenility of the petitioner and petitioner has also challenged the final order by filing in Criminal Revision No. 913/2024. 8. In view of the above facts and circumstances of this case, this revision appears to be infructuous. 9. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as infructuous. (Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, J.) Simran/
