Surana, J) Mr. M.A. Sheikh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the interim order of bail passed by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2025 in WP(C)/4634/2025 could not be timely communicated to the applicant for which bail could not be taken within time. 2. In this regard, the learned counsel for the applicant has referred to the statement made in paragraph 3 of this application, expressing his regret for the inadvertent mistake. Page No.# 3/3 3. Although the learned Standing Counsel for the FT matters has opposed the prayer, but, considering the explanation rendered, the prayer made in this interlocutory application is allowed. 4. Seven (7) days time from the date of this order is extended for the petitioner to comply with the directions contained in paragraph 6 of the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C)/4634/2025. 5. By producing a certified copy of this order before the Superintendent of Police (Border), South Salmara, Mankachar, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), South Salmara, Mankachar within the extended time. 6. On appearance of the applicant within the extended time, the Superintendent of Police (Border), South Salmara, Mankachar, shall do the needful in terms of the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in WP(C)/4634/2025. 7. This order shall be read together with the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in the connected WP(C)/4634/2025. 8. This Interlocutory Application stands disposed of accordingly.
