Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the BNSS for extension of time for depositing cost of Rs.2,000/- in pursuance of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed in CRMP No. 1493 of 2025. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the petition for non-depositing the cost, the instant petition is allowed. 4.
