Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 491/2024, arising out of Barhi P.S. Case No. 327/2024, registered under Sections 85/ 80 (2) of the B.N.S and sections 03/04 of the D.P. Act, pending in the Court of learned ADJ, VI, Hazaribagh. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Shweta Kumari who died due to asphyxia because of hanging. It was submitted that she had committed suicide. It was further submitted that the witnesses have stated that the deceased was a patient of depression for which she was being treated at Ranchi. It was also submitted that earlier also, the deceased had attempted to commit suicide. Witness Prem Lata in her statement recorded under section 180 of B.N.S.S had supported the fact that the deceased was being treated for depression. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ, VI, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T.
