Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022, corresponding to S.T. Case No.17 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamshedpur. On 04.09.2022 at about 6:30 P.M., husband of the informant had gone to the house of his friend. At about 9.:30 P.M., she received information that her husband was shot near Namda Basti Kali Mandir. Husband of the informant later succumbed to his injury. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that this petitioner was identified in CCTV camera as the person, who had shot the deceased. Mr. Pran Pranay, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that several witnesses including the informant and father of the informant have been examined during trial, who have not supported the prosecution case. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
