Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and the death certificate issued by the Government of Dubai and death certificate issued by the Consulate General of India, Dubai (U.A.E) is submitted across the Bench and states that the petitioner is no more and petition may be dismissed as abated. The death certificate is being attested by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
