1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/ husband.
2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.51 of 2024 from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife that the marriage has taken place on 11.05.2022. She is an unemployed lady and has no resource for travelling and as such prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid case from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has agreed to give travelling expenses to the wife on each and every date.
5. In that view of the matter, the present transfer petition is hereby,
disposed of directing the opposite party/husband to deposit Rs.1,000/- on each and every date as travelling expenses to the Family Court which should be released in favour of the wife by the Family Court.
