Heard. 2. The applicants (respondents No.1 to 4 in the writ petition) preferred the instant MCC for extension of time to comply with the order dated 03/03/2025 passed by this Court in WPC No.1167 of 2025. 3. WPC No. 1167 of 2025 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 03/03/2025 with a direction to the applicants herein that “if the petitioner approaches the appellate authority with his appeal filed under Section 45AA of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 annexed as Annexure P-6, the same shall be considered as fresh appeal and be decided by the concerned respondent within a period of 30 days in accordance with law.” 4. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that after the order of this Court, they have initiated the appeal proceeding as fresh appeal but owing to procedural obligation could not finalize for examination and assessment of the documents submitted by the writ petitioner. He would submit that for deciding the appeal of the writ petitioner, 90 days’ more time may be granted. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice, 60 days’ time is granted from today to the applicants herein to consider and decide the appeal of the writ petitioner, as ordered in WPC No. 1167/2025. 6.
