Mr. Vishwadeep Sharma, Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is presently serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at GPS Lowa, Education Block Mehla-I, District Chamba. His case is that he joined at the present place of posting in June, 2020 and thus, has completed more than his normal tenure; He suffered a motor-vehicle accident in the recent past, and because of this, finds it difficult to commute to his present place of posting. He preferred a representation to respondent No.3 on 28.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) seeking transfer, inter alia, pointing out that he finds it -2- difficult to approach the school on foot on account of his medical problem. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
