ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the personal liberty and civil litigation in respect of the house properties of the petitioners are arbitrary illegal and abusing of law and also against to the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the official respondents to give protection to the petitioners and their family members lives and their house properties situated in R.S.Nos.294/2 bearing D No 195 and D.No.292 of Patha Gandigudem Village Kamavarapukota Mandal West Godavari District”
2. It is represented by Sri M.Chandra Shekar, learned counsel that the
learned counsel for the petitioners on record is no more.
3. The present petition is filed seeking a direction to police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
