JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 03.02.2025 The instant petition has come up for hearing before this Court after 12 years and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today and even no effort has been made on part of the petitioner to get the same listed. Even otherwise also, through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondents for quashing the engagement of respondent no. 5 as Rehbar-e-Taleem teacher, with a further direction to appoint the petitioner as RET. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the scheme has since been closed and the matter is pending adjudication before the Apex Court and thus, according to the learned counsel for the respondents, the instant petition with the efflux of time has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
