The petitioner- Shyamsundar Bharti is in custody since 03.03.2024 in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 for the offence registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. Earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.09.2024 and the same has now been renewed on the ground that out of four witnesses, two have been examined. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. I do not find any change of circumstance for renewal of bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected.
