In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it has been contended that the petitioner joined as Helper in the respondent Corporation on 10.04.1989 and his services were regularized on and from 01.05.1993. He retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.11.2024 as Helper. It is contended that the respondent had not paid retirement benefits to the petitioner herein.
