It is specifically averred in the reply that in compliance to order/judgment alleged to have been violated, Deputy Director Elementary Education, Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh vide order No.EDN-Klu-Elem(E-1)HT Promotion pay fixation BEEO-CHT/HT-10/2022-23-1736-38 DATED 18.01.2025, has granted the benefit of promotion as Head Teacher w.e.f. 01.10.2012 to the petitioner. Since mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with, no action of the respondents can be said to be contemptuous.
