It appears that the children of the present petitioner i.e. daughter Disha and son Gaurang are granted maintenance at the rate of Rs.5000/- p.m. each. It is pointed out that under the earlier proceedings filed under D.V. Act, the children are granted maintenance at the rate of Rs.5000/- p.m. each considering the income of the present applicant, who is a teacher and having income of Rs. 70,000/- p.m. and also have income from agricultural land. Thus, the total maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- each is granted to the children considering that the children of the petitioners are school going. Considering the above, the maintenance granted to the children is not exorbitant. No maintenance is granted to the wife as she is employed. Considering the above no case is made out.
