This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 6th respondent herein in calling the petitioner to the Police Station and threatening to arrest the petitioner by issuing Police Notice dt.08- 11-2020 pursuant to the FIR.No.176 of 2020 dated 16-07-2020 registered basing the complaint made by the 7th respondent herein is illegal, void, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice, violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violation of the Andhra Pradesh Police Manual Standing Orders and consequently seeking a direction to the respondents herein not to resort to such highhanded and illegal action.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, after due investigation, the Police referred Crime No.176 of 2020 as “Un Detected” and hence, no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
